Elegant 43 sq m apartment on the first floor of a luxurious, newly built residence. The property features a fenced children's playground, accessible exclusively to residents.

The apartment is decorated in a modern, comfortable style. The bedroom is separated from the living room with a kitchenette by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils.
The apartment has two separate balconies on the west side.

A resort fee of PLN 6.20 per person per night is charged on-site.
A travel cot can be provided for PLN 20 per night.

We recommend a minimum stay of 3 nights. In May, June, September, and October, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. During the May long weekend, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. In July and August, stays are only Saturday-to-Saturday.
A parking space in the garage under the building is included in the price.
