Sunny apartment with an area of ​​42.19 m² on the first floor of a new building, close to a bus stop, bike path, and a forest. The apartment has a north-facing balcony. The gated community ensures privacy and security, and access is via a remote-controlled gate.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style. The living room with kitchenette and bedroom are separated by a door, allowing for comfortable and unhindered accommodation for up to 4 people. From the living room, you can access the balcony and enjoy fresh coffee from the espresso machine at a table for 2.

The entire apartment is decorated in elegant tones, and the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped, allowing you to feel right at home.
