A sunny, 30 m² apartment on the third floor of a newly built residence, located approximately 1,300 m from the beach entrance. The apartment features a west-facing balcony. It is just 2 minutes from the ferry, with shops and services nearby.
The apartment is decorated in a modern, bright style. The living room (with kitchenette) and the bedroom are separated by a door, ensuring a comfortable and private stay for up to four people. Both the bedroom and the living room—which includes a fully and functionally equipped kitchen—have access to the balcony.
The entire apartment is decorated in light tones; combined with the beautiful view outside the window, it offers a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
